1. Price and its value

We are sauna enthusiasts, so it's up to you how much time you spend in the community SaunaLab during opening hours. For 15€ you can sauna for 2 hours, but feel free to stay for 6 :) Stay exactly as long as you need. The main goal is your well-being. We'll heat you up and offer you tea, so that your time is really well spent and you leave with a smile and the thought of returning soon.

2. Changing rooms

You will have a changing room and lockers where you can store your clothes and other private belongings.

3. Swimwear/without swimwear

Our answer is clear (without), but we don't want to convince anyone that it is the only correct one. That's why we leave the choice up to you... We believe in respecting each other, supporting each other and thinking first and foremost about our well-being in the sauna and not about the fabrics we wear or don't wear.

4. textiles

You already know what to wear and if anything. Your towel/dryer/sheet or poncho left at home? We have a solution for you. You can rent a fabric combo (towel+sheet) from us by paying online.

5. Capacity of saunas at SaunaLab

All our saunas can accommodate up to 20 people at a time. Information about the capacity of each sauna can be found under their photos above :arrow_up: on this page. We have calculated the capacity so that you will be completely comfortable in each sauna. At the same time, good people can fit everywhere. We dare to say that this is also true in our saunas. If you're going to be pushing shoulder to shoulder with someone else, please pay particular attention to mutual safety and respect.

6. human to people

We are all equal before God and in the sauna, so we are all encouraged to chat in this place. Whether you want it or not, in sauna we are all the same :)

7. Heat and "cold" in the sauna

If you find the sauna very hot (or humid :D) open the door and don't forget to ask others if they share your opinion. You can solve your cold problem with a bucket of water. Don't hesitate to use a spoon and while the sauna is "warm" again, take a steam blast, which is guaranteed to warm you up to the point of giving you goosebumps. There is an unwritten rule in our saunas: he who waters the stones is the last to leave.

8. Sex

There's nothing more exciting than the idea of sex in a sauna, and that's only until you actually try it. Physical activity at a temperature above 75°C is no fun and that's why we think you'll get true satisfaction in a completely different way ;)

9. cooling

There is nothing better than going straight from the sauna to a natural water source. But if you don't dare, you can also cool off under the shower or in the revolutionary Narvi Avanto (hyperlink_https://narvi.fi/en/product/narvi-avanto-ice-swimming-shower/)

10. hydratation

You sweat in the sauna and cool off in the lake, but neither of these adds fluid to your body. So make sure you have plenty of water or tea, which you will receive from our staff. A voluntary donation for taking care of your drinking regime will certainly make us happy.

11. alcohol

We can imagine that you are tempted and we don't want to and can't forbid it. Maybe all those stories about Finnish or Russian people drinking beer and maybe something harder while sauna bathing have got to you. If you feel like trying it, we definitely recommend NILIO beer and KYRO gin! Remember, the responsibility for yourself is yours.
